After an education in mathematics and finance and a career in business in U.S.A., Europe and Greece, his love of wood drove him to woodturning.

When the opportunity came for early retirement Vasily decided that this was the beginning of a second career, a love career, as a professional woodturner.

He currently has a studio workshop in Koroni Messinias which is open to the public from middle of April to end of October where museum quality work can be viewed or purchased.
